Shipping Details and Rates

 

We ship all domestic orders directly from our SOUTHERN, OREGON locations. We DO NOT use a drop ship service for any of our items. For the best shipping service possible, we ship via THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). You can choose 1ST CLASS, PRIORITY, EXPRESS or PARCEL POST. All shipments include a delivery confirmation tracking number. Orders $100.00 and under will receive FREE insurance. Insurance is optional for orders over $100.00 and is paid by the customer. We currently only ship within the UNITED STATES and CANADA. If you are an international buyer interested in purchasing from us, we can usually make an exception and ship to you. Please contact us first and provide information on which item(s) you want to purchase and we will provide a shipping fee quote. Canada and all other international orders are subject to different rates than listed on our site.

 

We have tried to simplify our rates. We feel flat rate fees are the most fair to our customers, whether you’re located in CA or NY. Actual USPS shipping charges are often HIGHER than the charges we have listed. Actual USPS shipping charges are based on the origin zip code, and then a combination of the destination zip code and the package's actual weight. See table below for our current shipping rates. In most cases, we don’t charge for handling.

Shipping Time

 

Shipping normally takes 2-8 days depending upon your location and which service you chose. Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing (not including actual ORDER DATE) from receipt of your credit card, eCHECK or money order payment. Check payments are subject to a clearance period of 7-10 days from date of receipt before shipment will commence.

 

If you need your package within a specific of amount of time, please email us with the details, so we can assist you.

 

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our prices for "next day" shipping is called Express Mail and it is NOT next day to all locations! For some locations, it will be 2ND DAY delivery. If you need GUARANTEED NEXT DAY delivery, please email us for a quote.**

Returns and Exchanges

 

Our Return Policy

 

Each of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back! Simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date it was received and we will refund the purchase price. If there was a manufacturer's defect with the item(s), then the entire cost of the item(s), plus shipping charges will be refunded, or you may also choose for us to replace and ship a new item(s). If you simply changed your mind or did not like the item(s), ONLY the price of the item(s) will be refunded. Please be sure to keep all products boxes and the box the order came in, until you are sure that you are keeping the item(s). Below are the simple set of guidelines we ask of you to ensure your return process is easy and prompt:

 

  • Send us a brief email stating why you are returning the item(s)
  • Return the item(s) in the same product box and shipping box they came in
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or the order number
  • Returns should have tracking number and insurance and be shipped via USPS
  • All returned items must be in their original condition with tags still attached

When will my credit card be refunded for my return?

 

Once your package has been received at SassyCatGifts.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
